This functional studio in Copacabana has a prime location, located on Rua Paula Freitas in Copacabana, it is located one block from the beach approximately 50 meters from the famous Copacabana boardwalk. Being close to Avenida Atlântica, you can enjoy several kiosks on the waterfront, as well as shops, bars and restaurants in one of the most popular areas of the city. To access other areas of the city, just walk a few minutes to the Cardeal Arcoverde subway station, or access one of the many bus stops in the neighborhood. The building is at Posto 3 on Copacabana Beach!

Fully furnished, it consists of a kitchen (with stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, among others), a living room (TV, sofa, hack), Wi-Fi (250 mega), a bathroom with washing machine and a well-decorated bedroom with a double bed, view of the trees and air conditioning! We provide bed linen and towels!

-The building is quiet, has an elevator, 24-hour doorman, but does not have a parking space.

ATTENTION!

- We are not responsible for any construction work or amenities in the CONDOMINIUM that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please contact us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks and drains are not designed to dispose of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand or any other foreign material into the pipes. Blockages caused by improper use will be charged.

- Improper use of towels, bed linen and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

- The refund of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the period required by the card administrator.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
