The main bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, smart TV and air conditioning, providing the ideal refuge after a sunny day at the beach. The second bedroom, designed for practicality, has a bunk bed, clothes racks, desk and air conditioning, ensuring the comfort of all guests.

The living room, well lit and decorated, has a cozy sofa and a smart TV with cable channels, creating the perfect environment for moments of relaxation or entertainment. Integrated with the dining room, this area is ideal for get-togethers and meals in good company.

The kitchen, fully equipped with a variety of utensils and appliances, offers all the practicality you need to prepare your meals. With a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and sandwich maker, you'll have everything you need to make your stay even more comfortable. The apartment also has a laundry area with a washing machine, making your stay even more convenient.

With two bathrooms in total, only one of which has a shower, the apartment has been designed to meet all your needs. In addition, quality bed linen and towels are at your disposal, along with Wi-Fi and additional accessories such as an iron. The building in which it is located offers an elevator and 24-hour concierge, guaranteeing peace of mind and security throughout your stay.

The location is another highlight of this apartment. Situated close to the best bars, restaurants, markets and stores in Ipanema, you'll be just a few minutes from the famous Praça General Osório, where the traditional Hippie Fair has been held every Sunday since 1968. In addition, Ipanema beach, one of Rio de Janeiro's most iconic landmarks, is just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a dip in the sea.

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
