It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 suites, one bedroom, and 1 full social bathroom) air-conditioned with hot/cold split and smart TV. It also features a climatized living area with 4 environments (living room, dining room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and closed balcony with a view of the square) with fireplace and barbecue area. You will also have at your disposal washer and dryer, dishwasher, high-speed internet, and a complete high-standard linen set for your stay.

Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food remains should be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other parking spaces.
This property has a base rate for 6 guests; each additional guest will incur an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
