The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or disposed of, and the rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (RS110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be turned off and the windows must be closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out is from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and a reception fee (R$70.00).
Pets are welcome, but responsibility is required regarding their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (RS110.00).
A parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
