On the main floor, the apartment also has a bedroom, powder room, complete independent kitchen, laundry with washing and drying machine, living room with three environments (living, dining and gourmet barbecue area) with a view of Quilombo Valley. On the upper floor are the three suites: all have a closet, with the rose suite featuring a bathtub and the master suite having a view of the Valley and a king-size bed. On the same floor, there is also a second living room with TV.
Located about 2km from Rua Coberta, the apartment has easy access to Gramado city centre and Canela. It also has markets, bars, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby. The walk to Rua Coberta takes about 20 minutes and passes by the Quilombo Valley viewpoint, where tourists tie their ribbons and make their wishes. Leave your car in the two garage spaces and come realise your dreams in this fantastic accommodation.
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: no dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 06 guests, with each additional guest incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
