Description
The duplex features 6 smart TVs, split in all rooms and offers 5 bedrooms, with three suites. On the main floor, living and dining areas are integrated with a complete kitchen, including a barbecue grill and washer/dryer, one suite, and a full bathroom serving the bedroom on the same floor. On the upper floor, another full bathroom serves another bedroom, the other two suites, and an intimate living area with a sofa bed. Located 800m from Rua Coberta, you can enjoy the centre while leaving your cars in the 2 garage spaces.

Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and a reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food leftovers must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Devices that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Two garage spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 06 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
*Pets are welcome, but responsibility for their mess and noise is required. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
