Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food remains should be properly stored for donation or discarded, trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One garage parking space will be provided in the building and another parking space 80m away. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces. Consult the host to check the availability of an extra space.
This property has a base rate for 6 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
