Description
Comfortable apartment, very well furnished with excellent quality bed and bath linens. We offer wifi, garage parking. With an area of 130 m2, the apartment features on the first level a living room with balcony, complete kitchen, and a suite. On the upper floor, there are three suites, and an intimate living room with sofa bed and single bed. All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning. You will love it!
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food remains should be properly stored for donation or discarded, trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on should be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 06 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
