Description
Cozy duplex with two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and a complete social bathroom. The property also features a fully equipped American kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, hot/cold split in the living room and bedrooms, high-speed wifi, barbecue, cable TV in the living room, and will be prepared with complete bedding for your stay. Located approximately 300m from Rua Coberta, it will allow you to enjoy the centre while leaving the car in the garage, with various resources very close to the building (there is a market on the ground floor)!

Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food leftovers should be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 02 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
