Three suites (two with balcony) prepared with bedding for your stay. It also features a spacious integrated living and dining area with a bar, gourmet barbecue, split A/C, fireplace, and social bathroom. It includes an intimate dining area, kitchen, and laundry, all ready for you.
Two parking spaces allow you to leave your car and explore the centre on short walks.

Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM, and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and a reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: no dirty dishes, food leftovers must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off, and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 4 guests; each additional guest will incur an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
