Located 110m from Rua Coberta (practically on the corner!), it will allow you to enjoy the centre leaving the car in the garage, with several restaurants and shops at your feet! There are 2 suites, integrated living and dining room with barbecue, complete and equipped kitchen, laundry with washing and drying machine, air-conditioned environments with hot/cold splits, high-speed wi-fi and one garage space.
Cosy duplex with two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and a complete social bathroom. The property also features a fully equipped American kitchen, laundry with washing machine, hot/cold split in the living room and bedrooms, high-speed wifi, barbecue, cable TV in the living room and will be prepared with complete bedding for your stay. Located about 300m from Rua Coberta, it will allow you to enjoy the centre leaving the car in the garage, with several resources very close to the building (there is a market on the ground floor)!

Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food leftovers must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 03 guests, with each addition incurring an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
*Pets are welcome, but responsibility is required regarding their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
