It also features a service area with a washing machine, complete social bathroom, 1 parking space, and full bed and bath linen for all guests during their stay. Located on one of the city's main avenues, approximately 1km from the covered street, you will find the best of life here without needing to take the car out of the garage.

Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food leftovers must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building quiet hours: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 04 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
