Description
The apartment is 150m from Torta Street and about 500m from Covered Street, allowing you to enjoy the center of Gramado while leaving the car in the two available garage spaces.
It is 110m², with spacious and bright rooms, featuring two suites with Q/H split, living room (with barbecue, fireplace, Q/H split, television and cable TV), equipped kitchen, powder room, laundry and 3 balconies. The apartment also offers high-speed WiFi, hot water in all points and other small electrical appliances.
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: without dirty dishes, food leftovers must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence periods: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 4 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
