Description
Located on Av Borges de Medeiros, in the heart of Gramado, about 450m from R Coberta, the Montanhês 201 apartment will allow you to enjoy the centre while leaving the car in the garage, with several restaurants, pharmacies, and tourist spots very close to the building!
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with a view of the main avenue in the centre, with one suite featuring a walk-in closet, plus two complete social bathrooms, a powder room, and a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer. There are also two spacious social areas, one with a fireplace and another with a complete American kitchen, gourmet barbecue, and a large, sunny balcony. The property is complete and features split air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms, including bathrooms, and will be prepared with a complete trousseau for the stay.
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food leftovers should be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off, and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM, and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and a reception fee (R$70.00).
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
