New! Welcome to our spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Gramado! Enjoy a cozy stay that will allow you to enjoy the city centre without the need for a car! The property is complete and has several amenities, including a full bathroom, Smart TV, king bed, high-speed internet, a comfortable double sofa bed, hot/cold split in the living room and suite, a parking space, and high-quality linens!
House Rules:
Gramado is 220v.
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or disposed of, and rubbish must be collected. Irregularities may result in a fine (rs110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be turned off and the windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 to 13:30 and from 22:00 to 8:00.
A parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 3 guests, with an additional guest fee automatically calculated when you inform the number of people.
