It features an elevator, washing machine, tumble dryer, fireplace, iron, hairdryer, balcony, electric radiator heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, garage in the same building, 1 Television.
The kitchen is independent, gas-powered, and equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and juice machine.
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building quiet hours: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 6 guests, with an extra guest fee automatically calculated when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
