Located at R Angelo Bisol, 80, the apartment has a reception area facing R Borges de Medeiros, approximately 600m from R Coberta. The building is 100m from R Torta and 50m from the Bus Station.
You will have a space of your own, with an integrated living/dining area with fireplace and barbecue, complete kitchen with washing machine, full social bathroom, two bedrooms (including one suite), garage and complete linen. Enjoy the best of the city by leaving your car in the garage with the entire centre at your feet.

Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organised: no dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, rubbish must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 03 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
