The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils to prepare family meals. Additionally, the property has Wi-Fi, TV, iron, and a split hot/cold air conditioning unit in the living area and suite.
House Rules:
Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 PM to 10 PM and check-out from 8 AM to 11 AM. These times may be changed subject to availability and a reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or discarded, and trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Devices that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building quiet hours: from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM.
One parking space will be provided. It is strictly forbidden to use it incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 4 guests, with an extra guest fee calculated automatically when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID by check-in.
