The American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave and all the necessary utensils to prepare family meals. In addition, the property has Wi-Fi, TV and an iron and split Q/F in the living room and suite.
House Rules:
Gramado is 220v.
The apartment must be returned organised: without dirty dishes, food remains must be properly stored for donation or disposed of, and the rubbish must be collected. Non-conformities may result in a fine (rs110.00).
Appliances that have been turned on must be turned off and the windows closed.
There are two quiet hours in the building: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
A parking space will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use it incorrectly or to use other spaces.
This property has a base rate for 2 guests, with an additional guest fee calculated automatically when you inform the number of people.
