Gramado is 220V.
Check-in is free from 3 pm to 10 pm and check-out from 8 am to 11 am. These times may be changed subject to availability and reception fee (R$70.00).
The apartment must be returned organized: no dirty dishes, food remains should be properly stored for donation or discarded, trash must be collected. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
Appliances that were turned on must be switched off and windows closed.
There are two building silence hours: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 10 pm to 8 am.
Two parking spaces will be provided. It is expressly forbidden to use them incorrectly or use other spaces.
This property accommodates up to 22 guests and has a base rate for 08 guests, with each addition having an extra guest fee automatically calculated when informing the number of people.
Minimum time between booking and check-in is 3 hours.
All guests must provide a photo ID until check-in.

*Pets are welcome, but it is necessary to be responsible for their mess and noise. Non-compliance may result in a fine (R$110.00).
