What is included in the price?
The final price of the reservation already includes all taxes, such as condominium/property tax, Internet, and electricity, among others.
For longer reservations, the electricity bill can be negotiated in advance for separate payment by the guest.
Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
Yes, you can choose the "Bank Transfer" method. In this payment method, the reservation will only be confirmed after the transfer is confirmed.
How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed?
After completing the booking process, the confirmation page will appear. We have also sent a copy of the confirmation to your email.
Is it possible to change or cancel my reservation at pineapples.com.br?
Yes and it is very simple. You can cancel or change your reservation by logging into your account. If you don't have an account, you can create one here. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before making any changes to the reservation. Rooms with non-refundable rates and other special offers may have different cancellation policies. Specific cancellation information is listed next to the room type, in the "Conditions" column.
Where can I find the contact details for the property?

After selecting the dates of your stay and the number of people, the available accommodations will be listed, with the prices clearly shown next to each one. The rates of accommodations in the same category may vary based on factors such as the number of guests and the chosen cancellation policy.

The processing of payment for your stay is immediate upon confirmation of the reservation.
Does the Seasonal Rental require any deposit or advance payment?
Most properties request immediate payment via credit card or deposit in advance. Any questions you can find detailed information about payments in the "Accommodation / Accommodation Policies", on the accommodation page and in your confirmation email.
We will travel with children. Is it possible to place extra beds / cots in the room?

What is the minimum number of nights for a stay?

Is there a maximum stay for booking? Can I rent for one year?
ineapples accepts reservations for up to 89 nights, which can be renewed in case of availability. Do you want to spend a year in one of the Pineapples lodgings? Consult the reservation team through reservas@pineapples.com.br.
When should I sign the lease?
Pineapples facilitates the entire reservation and stay process. The contractual conditions required for the reservation will be accepted under the general terms and conditions, when making the online reservation.
Where and when do I receive the accommodation keys?
The keys are handed over directly at the accommodation. Pineapples will ask you for the estimated time of your arrival by e-mail a few days in advance, as well as the documentation of all guests who will be staying in the apartment.
If I need to arrive earlier, can I enter the accommodation before the scheduled check-in time?
We offer 2 options for this situation, the values change depending on the type of accommodation (Entire apartment or Private room) they are basically separated in this way:
FOR WHOLE APARTMENTS
We are flexible with the arrival time, but it will depend on the availability. We can only confirm an early check-in request 24 hours in advance. If you want to guarantee this, we charge half a night's room rate so we can block out the previous night and make sure there are no guests checking out on the day of your arrival.
What do I do if I am late for my check-in?
Don't worry! In case of delays longer than 30 minutes or any last-minute changes, please contact our customer service team.
How does the guarantee deposit (security) work?
A guarantee deposit must be made on the day of your check-in.
This guarantee deposit serves to cover any damages caused to the accommodation and / or the building during your stay. To find out more details about the guarantee deposit for each accommodation, see the property page of your choice or consult this information through our chat.
How is the hosting cleaned? Is cleaning daily?
Pineapples are very fond of impeccable cleaning in their accommodations.
You can request the final cleaning service. The value of this service varies according to each accommodation, as specified at the time of booking.

Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, Pineapples provides excellent quality bedding and towels (except for MORAR PER SEASON) , washed and sanitized by professionals in the field. This service is included in all rentals, with some differences:
- Private room - You receive a kit with clean and sanitized bed linen and towels according to the number of people informed in the reservation, the change is made every 3 days, in case of emergency an extra change may be requested between those scheduled days.
- Entire apartments without Flat service - You receive a kit with clean and sanitized bed and bath clothes according to the number of people informed in the reservation, a cleaning with an extra clothes change can be requested consult values with our central.
- Entire apartments with Flat services - You receive a kit with clean and sanitized bed and bath clothes according to the number of people informed in the reservation, and there will be a cleaning of the apartments every day, however the change of bed and bath linen is done every 3 days, in case of emergency, an exchange may be requested at extra cost (see website) between those scheduled days. It will be necessary to place the cleaning request plate hanging on the door of the apartment from the outside in order for the maid service to be scheduled and observe the time limit for requesting this service.
On the day of my departure, what should I do to deliver the key? Will someone check out?
Pineapples will arrange with you the time to retrieve the keys directly at your accommodation, but everything will depend on the time of your departure.

If your flight is a night flight or you need to stay after the standard check-out time, we offer 2 options, the values change depending on the type of accommodation Entire apartment or Private room) they are basically separated as follows:

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you complete your reservation, you will receive a copy by email. (Check your spam or junk folder to see if the confirmation email has not been blocked.) It is proof that your reservation has been made and there is no need to contact us or the property to reconfirm it.
You can also check your reservation details by logging into your account and visiting the Manage your reservations page.
If you do not have a Pineapples account, you can search for your booking confirmation by the last name used on the booking, reservation number or confirmation number (sent to you by email).
Can I cancel my reservation in an emergency?
We fully understand that unforeseen events can happen at the last minute. Pineapples will not charge any cancellation fees. However, each property has its own Cancellation Policy, which we must honor. You can find the property's changes and cancellations policy in the Manage your reservations section and in your confirmation email. If the booking is non-refundable or if the cancellation period has expired, you will not be entitled to any refund and the property may charge a cancellation fee.
To cancel your reservation, go to the Manage your reservations section and click on "Cancel reservation" next to the property you wish to cancel or contact our customer service. It is only possible to cancel one reservation at a time.
When will I have to pay for the reservation?
Most reservations at Pineapples are prepaid and therefore charged at the time of booking. We have adopted this policy so that we can continue to offer low rates to our customers.
Reservations paid in installments will be charged directly at the time of booking and the credit card company will manage all payments, including the corresponding installment amount each month, until the reservation is fully paid.
The properties will be identified as pre or post paid on the website, at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out of the property
Check-in and check-out times appear on the property description tab, under "Find out before you go", or in the booking confirmation email, under "More information about the property".
As an option, most properties offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out, when rooms are no longer available. This option will be at the discretion of the establishment and you will be able to obtain information about the luggage deposit, directly with our cellular contact (Whatsapp) .
Check in:
It usually starts from 15:00 and the reserved room is available until 22:00. If you are unable to arrive at the establishment before 22:00, inform us through our cell contact (whatsapp) to guarantee your room. All rooms booked with Pineapples are guaranteed for late arrival.
- Early check-in: it is at the discretion of the property and depends on the availability of the room. The request must be made through our contacts, by phone or whatsapp, before your arrival.
Check-out:
It can be done at any time before the time established by the property (usually at 11 am).
- If you need to check out after this time, inform the property directly or make your request through our cellular contact (whatsapp) as soon as you arrive at the establishment. Some properties may charge a fee (or an extra night) for late check-out.
- If you need to check out the day before: there is no guarantee of a refund for unused periods of stay (check the terms and conditions of booking in your confirmation).

Are taxes included in the room rate?
It depends on the property.
For prepaid hotels, all taxes and fees passed on to Pineapples, such as service taxes, service charges and others, are added at the end of the booking process, prior to confirmation of purchase. After confirmation of purchase, the full amount is charged and all taxes charged for the property are fully included, even for reservations paid directly at the property.
Since Pineapples does not collect these taxes directly, it is not possible to specify the amount of taxes and fees charged.
Does Pineapples install payment for reservations? How many times is it possible to split the payment for a reservation at Pineapples?
Pineapples offers installments up to 03 times. Payment terms may vary depending on the property and specific conditions of the reservation. Check the options available on the page during the booking process.
It is easy to locate the receipt for a property reservation.
Upon completion of the reservation, you will receive an email that is valid as a receipt.
When you check out of the property, you will receive a receipt with details of any additional charges that may have been incurred during your stay.
If you have a prepaid booking from Pineapples and need a receipt for your expense reimbursement, you can access that receipt online by following these steps:
- Click on "Reservations".
- If you are not enrolled, enter the credit card holder's last name along with the itinerary / confirmation number or credit card number used to make the reservation. Click "Submit". If you have an account, just enter your email address and password and click "Continue"
- Both routes will take you to the reservation list. Locate the reservation for which you wish to obtain the receipt and click on "View Reservation".
- On the booking details page, click "View and print a receipt" to obtain a copy of the booking summary.
Please note that if the payment was made at the time of booking, the property will only provide you with a receipt for any additional charges incurred during your stay at the property.
If you made your reservation with Pineapples and made payment directly at the property, the final receipt will be the receipt provided by the property.
What do I need to check in when I arrive at the property?
It is always a good idea to have a copy of the booking confirmation at hand, although the Pineapples itinerary number or the reservation number along with your passport will allow you to check in successfully. You can print a copy of your reservation on your reservations page or in the confirmation email.
Most Pineapples reservations are paid at the time of booking. However, you will need a credit or debit card for extra expenses.
